ASTHANGA YOGA:
Yoga in gurgaon, Gurgaon yoga, yoga gurgaon, yoga gurgaon classes, yoga, gurgaon classes, yoga for gurgaon, ‘Ashta' i.e. eight and ‘anga' i.e. limbs ---- hence Ashtanga Yoga : the eight limb or the eight step path which leads to purification of the mind. An individual has to go through each step sequentially, mastering the first and then going on to the second, and so on. It is the great sage Patanjali, who first created the eight-fold path. ;

1. Yama (moral code of conduct/ control)
* Ahimsa – nonviolence

* Aparigah – non-covetousness

2. Niyama (rules of conduct/ personal discipline)
* Shoucha – purity
* Santosh – contentment

* Swadhyaya – Study of teachings and scriptures
* Eshwar Pranidhan – worship of/ dedication to God.
